Reporting to: Regional Head of Lead Logistics

Location: Shanghai, China


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for actively driving growth of the SCM business in China, in line with the global strategy by ensuring the SCM product and required organizational activation is in place, including active support with solution design, pricing, and sales to strategic pursuits.

·         Responsible for China SCM P&L

o   Develop and monitor China product targets

o   Manage performance and ensure targets are met

·         Develop plan in line with Global Strategy for SCM

o   Drive products go-to market strategy including required customization, sales enablement, marketing, and delivery

o   Build China sales capabilities, providing training and build knowledge about SCM sales opportunities

·         Drive SCM growth within China

o   Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective targeting and sales penetration

o   Monitor SCM pipeline and provide necessary SME, solutions, and pricing support to drive growth

o   Actively support strategic pursuits to maximize win-rate, including attending key client meetings

o   Lead China product customizations in collaboration with global team to meet specific customer needs

·         Active participation within Global SCM team

o   Capture and share knowledge/best practices throughout the organization to support sales and product development

·         Accountability

o   China SCM plan

o   China SCM solution/pricing

o   Development of local/customized SCM digital products

o   SCM growth in China


Professional Experience / Education:

·         Extensive Supply Chain and Logistics network knowledge

·         Digital/IT understanding

·         Expertise within key verticals

·         Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills

·         Strong understanding of commercial solution sales process

·         Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written
