As the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations while ensuring adherence to global food safety and regulatory standards. - Supply Chain Management:
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to ensure an uninterrupted flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain, adhering to global food safety requirements.
- Optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and distribution, to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining compliance with global regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, negotiating favorable terms and agreements that meet both business requirements and international food safety standards.
- Manufacturing Operations:
- Provide leadership and direction to the manufacturing team, focusing on maximizing efficiency, quality, and compliance with global food safety and regulatory standards.
- Implement best practices for lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to streamline production processes and reduce waste, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
- Monitor and manage production schedules, capacity, and resource allocation to meet demand and achieve production targets while ensuring adherence to international food safety norms, and production schedules.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce stringent quality control standards and procedures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product quality and safety in line with global food safety standards.

- Regularly review and update quality assurance protocols to reflect evolving industry best practices, global food safety guidelines, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (10-15 years) in a senior operations role within the FMCG industry, with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing, and a strong understanding of global food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG operations, supply chain dynamics, and manufacturing processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia and global food safety frameworks.
