Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a collaborative process to update our overall product vision and strategy across the entire consumer journey that supports aggressive growth goals
  • Take ownership in making the product successful.
  • Prepare product materials for customer meeting, sales workshop and internal knowledge sharing to facilitate and drive sales
  • Drive a data led approach to provide clarity and understanding on the product priorities across the portfolio: What features/functionality to add, what to improve, what to retire, etc.
  • Conduct data analysis on product performance management
  • Be responsible to build product pipeline, product development, product launch and continuous improvement of product via market research and customer interviews.
  • Work with cross function and different stakeholders to ensure product or service delivery.
  • Maintain multiple roadmaps in-line with company vision & strategy
  • Link Area Business Plan, customer strategies and product strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with Development, Marketing and Finance teams
  • Support customer acquisition efforts through test/learn partnerships with marketing and “growth” functions
  • Optimize product development processes and tools
  • Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set

  • You will be responsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations
  • Driven by customer insight and data, structure for measuring performance to deliver on user outcomes and organization metrics

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years’ experience on logistics industry with strong industry network
  • Strong product experience and strategic mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
  • Experience in Logistics strategy is a must
  • Able to maintain an overview and prioritise tasks when running several projects in parallel
  • Must have project management experience where leadership, planning, communication and stakeholder management are key disciplines
  • Results-oriented and dares to bring forward new ideas and initiatives
  • Is a team player with good interpersonal skills and willing to help out where needed
  • An international mindset, willingness to travel and a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English
